MILLENIUM LIMO / MIRAGE LIMO

We rented a limo from Millenium Limo/Mirage Limo (Same Company) (www.milleniumlimo.com) in October `09 to take us from Boca to South beach. We hired them for a pick up and drop off service (Like you would do for the airport).

First the Limo showed up with absolutely no room for us to put stuff in the trunk. We were going on a yacht all day and we all had coolers and bags. What kind of limo company shows up with the trunk full? There were 12 of us. It took the driver about 30 minutes to take everything from the trunk to the front seat.

Now for the great part. We negotiated a $300 flat fee for the trip. There was never an amount of time discussed. One would assume the limo company would research the time/distance and provide a price based on that. To make a very long story short, MILLENIUM/MIRAGE charged my credit card over $600. That’s more than double what we agreed to. As you can imagine, I was beside myself and called MILLENIUM/MIRAGE immediately.

The manager and I had very heated discussion for about 30 minutes. You know the type of people that work at limo companies? This guy was a mirror image of that: Scumbag, crook, uneducated piece of sh*t, loser, worthless to society.
He argued that it took too much time and he was now applying an hourly rate instead of the $300 flat fee. What a bunch of bullsh*t. I told MILLENIUM/MIRAGE that I would be disputing the charge with VISA.

MILLENIUM/MIRAGE then proceeded to submit forged documents to my cc company. These *ss wipes had the audacity to forge my signature on a new credit card statement. They swiped my cc multiple times and kept an additional copy. It was swiped using the device that just takes an imprint of the card. They clearly swiped it more than once and used the second copy to forge it. VISA sided with MILLENIUM/MIRAGE stating that my cc was there at the time of the transaction and there was nothing I could do.

The BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU has over 27 negative claims against MILLENIUM/MIRAGE in an 18 month period. (www.seflorida.bbb.org/Business-Report/Millenium-Limo-Inc-33000170)THEY HAVE 10 CLAIMS FOR THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM I AM REPORTING. How are these people not in jail?

Do you not use this company. A nice message for their CEO ARNALDO RICIULLI: Your company is stealing people’s money!!! You are a crook and deserve to be in jail!!! Karma is a real bitch and it’s coming for you sooner or later!!! Enjoy the payback!!!

Lastly, I cannot wait to see one of your limos with that lame *ss logo on it out on the town. You are going to need four new tires and a fresh paint job.
