If this was a legitimate company they would not be targeting pet owners by spamming them. I normally do not complaint but I am also going to file a BBB complaint because I am so upset.

This is a representative from FindToto.com. I would just like to address your concerns and it would be great if you gave us the opportunity to do so. We are definitely a legitimate company helping lost pet owners find their lost pets for about 4 years now. Advertising is something that all businesses do and I'm sorry if our advertising has bothered you, that is not our intention. If you could please contact us directly by phone or email we'd really like to address your complaint. Also once we do confirm our legitimacy to you I think it would be only fair for you to retract your posting, as SPAM is completely different than a SCAM. I hope you understand that as well.
