George Ivakhnik

Representing LAREIT (www.lareit.com) George Ivakhnik sign an agreement first to purchase or invest in a Bank. After paying the required deposit he was not able to fulfill the purchase agreement with the said institution nor did he pay the balance due for the work preformed on the project.

We engaged with him a second time to just invest in a bank as one individual representing "his group". He pledged and signed documents supporting an investment of $3 million. Not only did he not write the check for the initial buy in he did not collect from his investors or return their calls or ours. For the second time he defaulted on a multitude of written agreements.
