Sandra Prout

Prout misrepresented herself as a buyers agent when she was actually a commissioned sales person for Bead Palace in Indiana. She was the sales agent (not disclosed, even when asked) in a fraudulent transaction that has ended up in court in Indianapolis.
She violated her non-compete contracts with a bead store she sold in Tucson, setting up friends to cover for her and start up a second store in the non-compete area. As soon as the non-compete term was over, she was listed as a partner and began selling beads openly.
The same store had to get assistance from federal mail fraud agents when she diverted mail away from the legitimate owner/address.
