Frank Collins

He tells you he is a poor orphan, and plays with your heart....once he thinks he has you he says he's going overseas to accept an inheritance...after assuring you of his love he asks for $9,000 to pay attorney fees to get his departed father's inheritance of $850,000.00...fortunately I wised up in time (it took a month)...he uses the name Frank Cohen...or Frank Collins (See also Frank Collins scam...on google). Once he realizes you aren't going to give him the money he breaks-up, because YOU are not Financially Secure!!
