This person (real name believed to be Toby Johnson as that is who the money was wired to) contacted me on an online dating site and claimed to be a business owner in PA who was travelling to Nigeria to deliver cars. He was only supposed to be there for two weeks, but it looked like he was going to remain a little longer due to his cars not yet arriving. He and his 12 yr. old daughter (Rebecca) were not prepared for this. After a couple of weeks of talking to me convincing me I was his soulmate and how he couldn't wait to get back to the US to meet me, he then franitically told me that he was getting thrown out of his hotel and losing his internet and his private security due to not preparing well enough. He claims he didn't know that he would be delayed. He initially asked me for $1,000.00 but I could only send $200.00. He was ok with that and then asked for me. I ended up sending $800.00 more to him. After a month of supposedly being STUCK there, he then told me his cars had arrived and that he was waiting on his wire transfer to his bank and then he could leave. The day he was supposed to be leaving he told me that his airline tickets had been cancelled and needed more money. Upon further questioning, he got irate and didn't want to talk anymore.
