Saks Fifth Avenue
Fraud & Massive other Scams Against Customers
New York, New York
Saks Fifth Avenue may have merged with and bought Neiman Marcus, however Saks Fifth Avenue is having financial problems and taking it out on customers.
Current CEO Mark Metrick is key in perpetuating fraud against customers with a more recent (As of about five years ago) secret policy in which customers make online purchases but are shipped used items, worn clothing, incorrect items, missing merchandise. And when they contact customer service, they are mt with refusals to correct the wrongs and refusals of refunds. See, the longer Saks Fifth Avenue can delay refunds and keep the public's money, the more interest on said monies.
Mark Metrick alleges, untruthfully, that the problems are "due to human error." This simply is not true. The issues perpetuated against customers are intentional and fraudulent.
