Kevin Richardson owner of Garrison Design Build will hire construction workers off craigslist with the promise of year round work on WalMarts and Sams Clubs with no intention of paying. He will have you sign a contract that will have you wait 30 days for your first paycheck then it will be a fraction of what he owes. He will then promise to pay you up on the next payday and again he will give you even less money then threaten you with your job if you complain. He is a scam artist and should not be allowed to continue in the construction business. I know he just screwed up to 11 men out of their money on two jobs. He is a liar and a terrible person who changes his address often to avoid being found. Beware of this person.
