I ordered a jersey in December of 2010 from this online site. In January 2011, I wrote to find out where it was. They replied that it was "out of stock" and to pick something else. I wrote back and just asked them to refund my money. I've been writing them since January, it is now April 2011, and they still won't refund my money. Mr. Watson – I purchased an item online from this company back in December of 2010 (order and payment confirmation show below). It was a gift. It was never shipped. On January 9th, I requested a refund. Again, on February 10th I requested a refund, and again on March 1st I requested a refund!

The last response from them was March 23rd again with a promise of a refund “soon.” It’s apparent that this “company” has no intention of refunding my money and I’d like to discuss with you legal action we can pursue. I’ve given their name to several online shopping alert websites as well.

Could we also report them to Visa for international fraud? I’d like to discuss other actions against them as well unless they stop playing games immediately and refund my money!
