Allen Levinson used a computer to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity. he entered an Internet chat room and engaged in conversations with the purported father of an 8-year-old.

Levinson's computers were seized and found to contain child pornography, virtual child pornography, and hundreds of other chats in which Levinson communicated to others his desire to molest children
