Loaned money on (4/2009) to purchase graphic machinery and resell to prospective buyer. Took us for $12,000 and never paid us back... been 2 years now. Always had a reason for the delay. After doing my own investigation (HBPD was of no help), found the documentation (official looking letterhead) he showed me was a fraud. Signature of the authorised person procuring the machinery was terminated by the company a ferw months before the date on the contract AND did not match the signature on the file with the company.
