Jamel Vincent Harris is a Scammer in Las Vegas who also goes by the aliases of Steve Gowan and Craig Major ... tall black man who claims to have a one of a kind baccarat playing system that generates profit each hand you play. He lives in the slums of Vegas by the Military Base and pretends to be a big shot. The guy is an idiot actually - not well educated at all. He takes your money and disappears. Has conned several people into sending him funds so he can play his baccarat system and send you profits daily. Total scam - he takes the money and runs. Criminal charges have been filed against him and several jurisdictions seek his arrest. He has stolen funds from a widower under the promise he will play baccarat with his $10,000.00 for a few days and return to him in excess of $100,000.00 so he can pay medical bills .... he took the Widower's funds and has never been seen. This guy is the worst of the worst. I was able to get a copy of his Nevada Drivers License from a person he scammed in Arizona.
