I was selling a baby item on CL and Rachael was in contact asking about the item for atleast two weeks. We finally picked a time and date to meet so that she could review the item for purchase. I informed her of the two minor issues with the product that did not affect its performance or safety. I also provided the replacements for these items and she said that it was not a problem.

Prior to meeting up, she asked if I would lower the price by $50 because her husband wanted to know. I stated the price was firm. Especially because I paid way more for it than I was charging. In hind-site, I think she got introuble with her husband for spending the money and that is why she acted snarky.

Long story short: She bought the item after inspecting it and took it home. EIGHT hours later, I receive a voicemail that had to have been sent after 10pm because that is when I turn my phone off. I also received eight consecutive text messages from her stating she is calling the police because I sold her a broken item. This is untrue. How can someone answer a phone call after 10pm or a text when the phone is off?

She proceeded to send over one-hundred text messages over the course of the following day (all within about 4 hours). I actually had to turn my phone off because the sheer volume of messages was freezing up my phone. I asked her repeatedly to stop messaging me. She stated she would "not stop." I offered a refund to her, but on the condition that the item was in the EXACT condition I sold it to her in. I asked her to send me some pictures.

Amazing how in one picture, there is absolutely NO DAMAGE. But, in a following picture, it appeared that a piece of the item was manually sawed off. Amazing.

She actually went to my friend's house and called her because somehow a packing slip was in the box with her info on it. She has ruined that friendship for me now and I must say, that is just wrong.

She also threatened to come to my house, stated she hired a private investigator and will "sue me."

This is the kicker: After telling me how she would "never do this to a fellow mom, this is a safety issue and wants her money back," SHE RE-LISTED IT ON CRAIGSLIST FOR $25 less than I charged her. AMAZING!!!! TALK ABOUT THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK.

I actually had to go to LVMPD and file a police report. An investigator will be in contact with her for the harassment issue and it is amazing that she can actually get placed in prison for up to a year and up to a $4000.00 fine. I hope her psychotic stalking/harassment and straight up indecency toward me was worth it. Stay far away from this girl, if you know what is GOOD for you!!!
