January of 2011 Risden and Beaver Lied under Oath....in the presents of the D/A tyndel as tyndel acted as the duos counsel the D/A tyndel is also aware of Linda K. Risden Crimes and Grand Thief and Credit Card Fraud in south Florida "where " Linda K. Risden Fled from, she fled south florida after Embezzling over $87,000.00 from the couples companies clients and Tyndel is award of those facts as well.

This case has Sparked a Book (The Little Town of Bigamy ) Live Oak Florida, this is a book based on "Pure Facts" and real names of the players as pulled from public records which allows the real names to be used and the book will contine real documents file in Suwannee County Florida, the book contract by ( Shoot for the Stars publishing ) has complied the " Real Husbands notes and records and court notices and filing and Police reports filed against the Wife as to her Grand Thief police report, Credit Card thief and W/2 frorging and pay check forging to obtain loan and even an auto loan at Lipton Toytoa and World Omni Finacing.

The Husband finds out about her crimes, Linda Risden is the usband Business partner in ( Florida Five Star Realty) am company the Husband founded in 1996, The Husband attemptes to get to the bottom of her crimes and restore the missing monies to his clients and after the Husband finds out Linda K. Risden has Married another man and she is not returning calls and complaints are piling up on the company for her crimes, the husband seek to get to the bottom of her crime, the wife go to the local court to get a " restaining Order" you basiclly cover her crimes and hope the Husband will stop the investigations of her crimes, but the Husband is attached at the hips by her crimes as a partner of the company and by Marriage of 24 years and the couple is still married even after the wife has been " Married to " Craig Marvin Beaver " for about a year and l;iving in his 16,000.00 Tralier in the woods living on Food Stamps

Risden has a Daughter ' Bridget Lynn Massey " records show she lives at 6900 Nw 30 ave Florida ( Bridget Lynn Massey ) has already been Convicted and Pleaded Guilty to (2nd degree Felony Grand Thief ) in Yet " another HOA Thief and was sentenced to 10 years in Broward County Florida according to Court records and you can google Massey arrest Massey was Linda Risden Book-Keeper in the embezzlement and helped cover up the Embezllement by moving numbers around....Massey also acted as a " Notary " changing Powers " Unknown by the Condo Association ( Wind Cast Arms Assoc ) in Deerfield Beach Florida, once 3 other assoc next door got wind of Linda K. Risden Embezzlement ..they too " Dismissed Risden " and demand accoutanting of there records, Risden has refused to grant those accounting audits to this date and other charges may be pending..
