Phone solicitors call and offer loans over the phone with an 11% interest for a loan of $2500.00 payments at $221.,00 per month they aski you to go to western union and send them $221.00 first month up front then after yoou send them the money they will give you a confirmation number to recieve the money at western union they stay on the phone with you the whole time(to gain your confidence)f then they get back on the phone after recieving the $221.00 and say they recieved an e-mail from the IRS askinge for $180.00 too pay for the taxes on the loan amount It was then i realized this was a scam and asked for my $221.00 back they then told me it would cost me $100.00 to send the money back when I only paid $10.00 to send it to them I quickly got on the phone to the Better Buisness Bureau and the Federal Trades Commission to file a complaint it was then that I found out it is illegal to ask for money up front for a loan. I hope this information saves someone from making the mistake I made I am out $221.00 and will probably never get it back.
