Hired to post ad and won't pay you

I was hired by Cmobile to post ads for their company. I was suppose to get paid every Monday before noon. When the following Monday came, they delayed my payment to Wedsnesday. Before Wednesday they delayed it to Saturday. When Saturday was approaching they couldn't pay because of memorial day weekend. Now, its Monday and I still haven't been paid.
Its a work from home job, if you see this posting Donot work for this company. This company is a fraud. I wouldn't purchase anything off their site either I don't think its legit. Watch out for Cmobile Wireless they are scammers.

We hired this person as a marketing professional for our newly launched site. We were told several days by her that sites would not allow her to place ads up and or when we checked sites we could not find the ads she claimed to had posted. Yes we are a new business that hires sub contractors, yes we will pay if the work was done. No we do not and will not pay if work was not done or not done correctly. We have decided to pay her for her hours worked in a break down payments each week until her pay is paid in full. We deposit her first payment today after the holiday, Tuesday 31st,2011 in the amount of $50.00. We have a new business there for marketing is highly important to us, if you are not going to do the work then please do not ask for a job. We do check everybody work and this is the first time ever having an issue with an employee as you can clearly see. For the remarks about do not buy from this company is harsh when we are an new honest business and will pay for work that was honestly done within the whole time frame.
