I went in to have my hair dyed blonde, after wasting 3 hours and 46 dollars my hair was 2 shades darker. I asked for my money back and the woman at the front desk continuously hung up on me and would not let me speak to the owner. I reported them to the better business bureau and they lied like crazy. Apparently I signed some form of release and never did. I called them again to speak to the owner and the same woman hung up on me. I had someone else call and she hung up on them too. Do not waste your money!
