1. Postion her self in the Divorce case and to attempt to cover her own crimes of ( Grand Thief - Credit Card Fraud - IRS Fraud - Fraudulant documents to obtain a car loan from Lipton- falsifying pay checks and W/2,s to World Omni Finance to purchase a 2007 Dodge Nitro and the Thief from over 88 home owners of over $87,000.00. and this was Her way to attempt to take over the Company and remove "The Founder & Partner " since Linda K. Risden doesnt have two nickles to rub to gether and she know she will never have the funds or backing to start another company like Florida Five Star Realty inc.

2. To attempt to protect her Daughter ( Bridget Lynn Massey ) whom was involved in the all of these matters even after ( Massey ) plead guilty and was convicted to Felony Grand Thief for embezzling another $40,000.00 from another home owners assication.

3. To cover up Linda K. Risden "ilegall marriage " to Craig Marvin Beaver whom is some hill-billy she went in live oak and gave Linda Risden a place to hide in his trailer in the woods "see the Tattoo picture included. Mrs Risden a/k/a Mrs Beaver is hopes all her crimes will blow over.

4. Linda Risden falsified the car loan and the IRS W/2 froms in her youngest Daughter name and has destoryed the Daughters credit and her chances of finishing her college degree and the Daughter could now be facing criminal charges for her mothers actions.
Linda Risdens actiona are drivin only to cover her crimes and nothing more as the last year has been a complete melt-down for her and her life style to maintain has lead her to her crimes as she has no other income.

All these crimes will be presented in front of a Jury and for the Court to see All the evidence submitted by Linda K. Risden Business Partners in Florida Five Star Realty inc.

Linda K. Risden thru her crimes " Destroyed " a Multi Million Dollar company and her partner is Suing Her and the Company for Damages, Crimes, and Tort Damages and also naming Craig Marvin Beaver and his family members as they too assit in there Tort damages

The Partner is seeking Million in Damages for her role in her crimes and thru the companies " Once Good Name " also name in the law suit is ( Bridget Lynn Massey ) linda K.. Risdens thiefing daughter whom is already doing 10 years in Broward County for other crimes she has been convicted of and including assult on an elderly person.
