This so-called motorcycle parts dealer has scammed me and a number of others for motorcycle frames and engines that were never delivered. Complaints against them may be found in a couple of motorcycle forums. Search Google for "GSXRParts.org complaints."

Their approach (apparently) is to use 3rd-party "payment processors" recruited via Craigslist (and possibly elsewhere), to transfer customer payments to them, getting paid a small percentage fee out of the transfer.

When the parts don't deliver and the customer complains, the GSXRParts guys tell you to file a dispute with Paypal or your credit card (as the case may be. So the customer gets HIS money back (usually) and the payment processor is left holding the bag. If the same processor handles several transactions they can be left with huge liabilities... I have read a post in another forum from one person who claims to have lost $20k .
