Rapid Restoration

The President (CEO) of Rapid Restoration did not provide licensing or insurance documents after he reassured me that he could. Money was given to him in good
faith, but he lied about knowing and working with my insurance company St. Johns,
claim agent to obtain reimbursement for his service. The money was taken and he
did not complete the work he started. My main bathroom still has pipes visible be-
tween the dry wall. Those pipes were suppossed to be replaced along with the bath
tub, toilet, vanity, and tiles. The air ducts were not cleaned and he used bleach for the
acid wash. Todd Winstons drivers license show his residence as 1634 Funston Street,
Hollywood, Fl 33020-6449. HIs business web site www.rapidrestoration.info is non
existent. The search engine result is rapidrestoration.us, a PA, NJ company, but with
out close insepection one would think this is the web site for the S. Florida Rapid
Restoration business. A certified letter to one of three addresses was returned, non
delivery due to vacancy of the office/store/warehouse(414 SE 6th Street, Dania Beach, Fl 33004). No business license can be found on the Florida State Internet site for Professional and Business Regulation licenses under his name or his business name
or addresses. He is operating a business with out a license which is a violation of
the State of Florida law.
