The guy ask for huge security deposit from potential tenant for his unit in 1732 N Western Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90025. But he never returns back the security deposit because he will fabricate charges on the renters.

The unit in that address has water leaks all over. The ceiling upstairs collapsed. He is nice at the beginning and sweet talk potential renters. After that you will experience hell in living in the place.

He doesn't provide his address information so nobody can not run after him.

THIS IS A MESSAGE TO ALL THE LANDLORDS OUT THERE AND FOR THE ONE WHO POSTED THIS AD WHICH IS RICARDO PANGAN... READ ON........
Dear Landlords,
This particular person who rented from a friend of mine breached his contract by:
1) Not Paying on time.
2) Brought in a dog and also a friend to live with him.
3) Did not pay his remainder of the rent and also his utility bills.
4) Modified the unit that he lived in and did not restore the unit the way it was. His dog peed all over the floor which he wasn't suppose to have.
5) Will not give you 30 days notice as stated on his contract, but instead will not be clear on things and can't make up his mind on what to do.
6) Trashed the unit and did not clean his unit when he moved out.
7) He was evicted from a previous apartment and came knocking on my friends apartment to beg him to move in. He assume my friend was gay and offered him a bunch of presents including trying to hit the sack with him. GROSS!!!!
This person needs help!! HE IS VERY UNDECIDED AND CAN'T MAKE UP HIS MIND ON THINGS. HE IS PROBABLY ON MEDICATION SO STAY AWAY GUYS.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS POTBELLY ASIAN MAN! STAY AWAY! HE WILL TRY TO SLEEP WITH ANY GUY HE THINKS HE CAN GET AND WILL TRY TO PAY THEM.

DANTE PETER TANTIADO THE SCAM ARTIST IS RETALIATING ON RICARDO'S POST BECAUSE HE WAS TERMINATED FROM HIS JOB IN VIEW OF RICARDO CALLING HIS EMPLOYER ABOUT HIS COMPLAINT ON HIM. HIS COMMENTS THRU HIS GHOST FRIEND ARE ALL FALSE. HE WAS NEVER LATE ON HIS RENT IT IS ON RECORD THAT IN FACT HE OVERPAID DANTE FOR 3 MONTHS BUT NEVER HAD THE DECENCY TO RETURN BACK HIS OVERPAYMENT AND $1,800 DEPOSIT. HE FABRICATED CHARGES SO HE CAN'T RETURN BACK THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. WE PRAY THAT ONE DAY HE WILL BE CAUGHT FOR ALL HIS ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.

I am a friend and neighbor of this landlord, and also a professional. This Ricardo Pangan has serious issues. He moves in and acts nice and then trashes the place. He bought dogs, even though they are not allowed by the lease. He was allowed to have a month-to-month lease so he could move out when he wanted. After he moved out, he filed a case in Small Claims court claiming he has been damaged for $6,000 -- which is more than the rent he paid all total!

Ricardo Pangan is a complete nut job. He has harassed this landlord and called multiple times at his work. He filed this lawsuit claiming he has "emotional distress." He moved out leaving a mess and leaving his utility bills unpaid. He has posted things on this site.

Ricardo Pangan is a completely harassing, irresponsible, stalker-type person. Deal with him at your own risk.

Now his Craig's list posting says 1111 Main St, Venice, CA but the address is still 108 Thornton Place.
