Greetings, I am a Vet in Florida. Let me start off by saying that what you have read about how easy it is to get a loan from Greg Lemay is absolutely not true. I learned through the lost of thousands of dollars that Greg is not a bank or even a broker. Greg is a consultant. His advertisements are deceiving because it sounds like he can approve you for a loan. Only lenders such as an actual banks can approve your loan. I went through his underwriter just to find out that they were in fact not underwriters, but Greg himself approving my loan with no actual truth. His loans are always great on paper with excellent interest rates. When you do not agree to his interest rates or loan options he keeps your fees because according to Greg you broke your contract with him. And that my friend is how he take your money. Don't sign anything from Greg Lemay. Quite the scam!
