Anyone who claims they can "Remove your mugshot" from Florida.Arrests.Org actually has a direct relationship and direct access to Florida.Arrests.Org

Here are multiple websites affiliated with Florida.Arrests.Org and the Mugshot SCAM. They are making money from mugshots on Florida.Arrests.Org

They charge a fee to anyone wanting to exploit the unfortunate circumstances of someone who has had the misfortune of being arrested.

This is ridiculous. I understand an arrest is public records but you cannot profit off of it. I would love to join others and file suit. If anyone has an idea where/how to do this please lmk.
The owner of this company owns numerous sites one of which you can tag the person with a description of what they look like. If you want your picture down you have to pay??? How is this legal??
We have created the website Class Action Against Mug Shot Websites to raise awareness to the issue of websites posting local law enforcement and court documents including mug shots and personal information on their website and then charging anywhere from $399.99 and up to remove one post. Even after payment is made they do not guarantee that it will be removed from all sites.
Our goals are to raise funds to hire Legal Counsel to take legal action against the mug shot websites and the removal services that they are associated with that have posted pictures and information from documents that they obtained from local courts and law enforcement agencies websites. Funds will be used to retain a lobbyist to approach Congress to change internet laws regarding posting of public information by mug shot websites that is maintained by local courts and law enforcement agencies on the internet with the intent to solicit funds for removal.

We need to file more complaints to every authority possible and expose these criminals, who are the biggest hypocrites ever, preying on people who are losing jobs, dealing with wrecked lives, and being kicked while they are down. Extortion on those already trying to get their lives back together and be good contributing members of society. Let's file complaints with the FBI internet crimes division for these backroom handshake deals where the same people promoting these mugshots across the net extort money to suppress the advertising of the mugshots they themselves create, and then repeat the whole process with other websites the same affiliated entities. Despicable!!!!!
