BARNES AND NOBLE BOOKSTORE -MARYLAND PKWY

The store has the rudest and ignorant people I have ever come across for a large retail chain.

They require that the men's bathroom door to remain open at all times even when it is occupied. The women's bathroom door is shut. I had to go to the restroom but having the men's bathroom door remain wide open felt very uncomfortable. Isn't that a violation of our rights to privacy?

One of the counter girls was asked why does the men's bathroom door have to remain open even when it is occupied. She said, "It's a security issue for men". I then said "So your store thinks that all men are thieves, right?" Her reply was a simple "yes" and stated it was handed down by the district office.

What kind of bullshit is this. Where do they get the kahonies to think that they can violate our rights to privacy? The ACLU is going to be contacted. I guess it's okay to take a shit anywhere in their store, this way they can have their neanderthal security guards go through to make sure it's safe.
