I rented a house from this scum bag, gave him $3300.00 and he gave me the key. Went back 1/2 hour later to move in and he changed the locks. I had to call Palmetto Bay Police to get my money back and meet at the Police Station the next day to get my money,,,,,He didnt want to gove me my money but he cashed my checks immediately....
He was hiding like a whimp in his garage and stated he was scared that if he rented out his home and since he was moving in with his girlfriend, he was afraif if she threw him out, he would have no place to go. He is a dishonest 50+ year old man a thief, liar and total pond scum. When the police came he his his truck in the back yard but the Police found him hiding..... paid the movers, had to put everything back in storage, had to turn off lights and Cable etc... He cost me alot of money.
He is a thief and has done this to other, thank God I was lucky enough to know what to do.
He works for Lennar homes in Miami and yes, I hired an attorney to sue him......
