John Speas dba Intequity dba Southern Equities

John Speas pitched investing in Intequity LLC to invest in real estate developer's inventory with IRA money back in 2007. Very nice and helpful man, at least until he received our money. Once he had our money in a new LLC of his (Southern Equities) I had to chase hime down repeatedly over 4 years to request the operating agreement and subscription agreement. Needless to say I am still waiting. In the mean time I received a valuation letter indicating he has turned our $60,000.00 to $0.00.

Are any of you similarly aggrieved.? Perhaps if there is enough capital involved we can hire an attorney to recover our investment. I look forward to hearing from you
