When I went to the site it did not say that I will be charged $99 for this program.
It said it was for verification purposes only. Then I find $99 pending on my bank account I called the number from the bank because the phone number online you cannot get through and I emailed a cancellation to them at the email provided on their site and they just claim they never received the cancellation when it showed it went through. They then told me they cancelled it but they did not cancel they put the transaction through anyway.
When I talked to them they kept saying we can only refund 50% back because their computers wont let them do 100%. . They are liars and thieves so be cautious with them.
I would not deal with them ever again they ar like an ebay witha $99.00 fee to become a member.

hi did they take your credit card information? How did they charge you? I posted something and I thought it was free. Am I going to be charged something as well? And how can they charge you with out giving them your credit information. I didnt give them any info except the scammers info I thought this was a free site will I be getting a bill?
I fell for the grabswag bait & switch deal yesterday.

All i saw on their now spam window was 10 free bids when signing up. I don't recall seeing anything about the $99.00 fee.
Since I did not see anything about the sign up fee , I continued to register.
I filled in all required personal info and C Card info.
When I finished the Card info the grabswag site did "Not" give me an option to ok or cancel and instantly charged me & congratulated me for being one more fool.
I called the grabswag service dept and was told thatr when I agreed to sign up and provided my Card info it was a binding agreement and the $99.00 charge would not be refunded.
Am I blind or did I not see the fine print with this deal ?? I did not see anything in the First signup windows about the 10 free bids costing $99.oo. Anyone else have this problem ??.

Seems I will be wasting plenty of time now filing complaints with the BBB, FTC, Texas AG. Why do companies like these think they can scam & get away with it is amazing.

As soon as I typed the last letter in the Card info window it went through without any choice. Period. I instantly knew that I had Been Scammed.
They do not give an option but I did not without a fight. I told them they are a ebay with a fee and scammers. You need to demand a manager do not let the one who answers take control. Tell them you had no idea about that fee they will fight you but keep going let them know you will be reporting their company on the scam sites if they do not refund you then they will tell you the computer will only allow 50% refund tell them that is not acceptable to put it through twice the to get the full !00%. They will fight you for some time about but just make sure you have the time to be on the phone with them they will do a lot of arguing, just keep telling hem that you would not have signed up if it said anything about the fee. Fight them. I received a full refund today.
mstrobe71, I hope you're story is true. I'm filing a dispute and going to bitch support out tomorrow as soon as I wake up.
