Greg Mortenson DBA Arizona Loan Modification

Greg Mortenson came to my home and like the Disabled Veteran, I was scammed. The one thing this poor victim didn't say was that Greg Mortenson is pure evil. He comes to people's homes so he can scope out what they have and then charge accordingly. He drives around with young girls and calls them his "associates". He has no money and his company is based on ripping off as many desperate people as he can. He couldn't get a loan modified if his life depended on it. He bases his business on the fact that people who need a loan modification are facing home forclosure and need help. He tells them they can't do it on their own because mortgage companies have no motivation to help them. I got my loan modified on my own with no help from him in less than 30 days. He is $1000 richer however, because we were naive and fooled by this professional thief. He gave us this story that he got really sick (on his deathbed) and couldn't refund our money. He did send us a check for $750. He overnight mailed it and post-dated it for 6 weeks later. Of course there was never any money in the account and when we tried to get him under the Mohave County Bad Check law, he returned the certified letter as "no such person". He did the same thing with the small claims court summons and one of his "associates" told the process server he was no longer at that address. We are still on the look out for him. At this point, the only justice will be a long jail sentence and all that goes with it. For your own sake, don't let him into your house. Do not call this company. If you come in contact with him, notify the authorities immediately. I am writing this in the hopes that he doesn't take any more victims.
