Mortgage Scam

Us, California

Meghan Antoinette Bruce is about 27 years old. She is between 5 ft 9 & 5 ft 10. She weighs between 250 & 275 lbs. She has hazel eyes,blonde highlighted hair extensions.She is a light skinned black girl. She does not have a real estate or mortgage brokers license though she will tell you that she does.She has worked for various brokerage firms but, does side jobs claiming to save peoples houses doing refinancing & loan modifications. She ripped my husband & myself off while she was working for SFV Financial in Encino, California last year. Mark Heller the owner of the company told us when we were in his office that she didn't have the authority to do this as she was merely a loan processor & not a mortgage broker.I went to her parents home located on 2040 Panamint Drive in Los Angeles,California 90065 & was told that she didn't live there & that they do not have a relationship with her but, that they let her pick up her mail periodically.

The paperwork we signed was on SFV Financial Letterhead. We are working diligently to find & prosecute Meghan for fraud.She told us not to pay the mortgage & that the paperwork would reflect this in their mail when we received it by the bank taking over the loan. After 30 days when this didn't go through I became very scared & stressed.We were promised so much & we lost our home because of her. She promised a full refund if we were not satisfied. We heard she's in the SFV area still.We have given her ample time to have her tell us what happened but, it's obvious this woman is a pathalogical liar.I don't know what to believe anymore.I'm sick of all the lies.We have also heard there have been other victims. I'm asking you if you know her whereabouts to please post an email or number so we may contact you.

hey i know exactly where she is and she is scamming people here too i have her new cell phone number and she started a bussiness here which i have the address of she is scamming people and posing as a real estate agent and not paying workers her info is 404-565-5408, and her new bussiness is located at 9040 roswell rd sandy springs ga. 30050 Watch out she is a scammer and she will get you do not trust her with naything involving real estate if you need more info and i have much more enough for a full blown law suit contact me and we can get together on this and file suit. because the amount of information and proof i have will put her in the big house for good. Meghan Bruce recently contracted my company to build out a part of her home.

We where contracted, paperwork signed, and every time we would ask for a payment she would say it was coming. Then I got sick of her delays asked her for a check and it bounced. Then later I found out that she had lied the whole time about how much she was going to pay us and at the end of the project she didn't have any money to pay us. OR Atleast that's what she claimed. We are now in pursuit of legal action. She lived in California and recently moved to Georgia where she contracted us to work on her home. She is a massive liar, lies about everything, and she is dangerous and her partner is exactly like her.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL ABOUT WORKING OR EVEN BEING ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.!!!!

I am currently in Georgia as well. I believe that I have been scammed by meghan too. I have a court date on Wednesday next week for a law suite and was wondering if anyone got any resolution from her scams.
