(AEPI) David Swearingin (AEPI)

4-years ago I invested in "American Energy Producers, Inc." (AEPI) with the promise of a return on my investment. A Board of Directors was elected and David Swearingin was elected as President.

For last couple of years we have been trying to find financing to complete the project and get a return for myself and fellow investors. It has just come to my attention that we investors are being lead by a "LIAR" and a "Idiot"!!!!

Apparently our financing was approved by a overseas lender several months ago, and we were not notified of this. We were a $700 capital call per investor from closing this deal and we were not given the choice!

The Board said they did not feel that the Lender was credible and decided to delay the closing until the Lender provided referances to closing other deals in the past. I have been sent copies of Voice Recordings and E-Mails from a 3rd party between Swearingin and the Lenders referances that clearly show that Swearingin altered / edited E-mails to reflect a differant opinion to the Board and to put the Lender in a unfavorable light.

After listening to the voice recordings of the referances provided, only an "Idiot" could walk away thinking that the Lender was not credible. The E-Mails that were sent to Swearingin were provided to me in their original form, and the one's that Sweringin forward to the Board were clearly altered.

All of this is because of Swearingin having a personality conflict with one of the Lenders Reps. In other words, this "Idiot" let his "Ego" & "Emotions" get involed in making a business decision on behalf of the company.

This guy is a "LIAR and Idiot"!!! He needs to go!!!
