I purchased a piece of jewelry for my son back in April. They immediately took my money. After a couple of weeks I tried to call to inquire as to why I hadn't received my purchase yet. The number listed on their website is only a recording. I logged on to the site to get live help. They are always off line. I e-mailed them to check on the status and they said the items ship normally within 14 days. After about 3 weeks I inquired by e-mail again and this was their response:

and will have all orders shipped out asap. It may take a few weeks but you will receive your purchase.

To date (3 months later) I have not received a refund or my merchandise. I have reported them to the BBB and am now considering hiring an attorney.
