She sends you something in the mail saying she will read your psychic reading for $25.00. Then she comes back two years later with a collection agency stating that your check bounced two years ago and the agency is AC GATEWAY RETRIEVAL Phone number of 770-554-4422 they threaten to go to court and they add $100.00 worth of fees. They won't have an address or phone number for this lady. Only a third party contact which they won't give you. This is a scam don't pay go legal................contact a lawyer immediatley. Don't be taken.Don't pay nothing.......................................................................................................Look it up she is a scam artist..........................................................................................................................................

I feel I am being scammed by Emily Atwood Art of Devotion. I sent her a $25.00 Check in August of 2008.I got a phone call message yesterday 11/06/2013 stating that the check I wrote her in 2008 was returned for insufficient funds and I needed to pay close to $400.00 to avoid criminal prosecution.I was puzzled by this because #1, I have never wrote a bad check in my life and I'm 52 years old. #2, I was never notified by my bank or anyone else for that matter in 2008 that I had wrote a check that was not paid(Honored by my bank). #3, I have overdraft protection at my bank which means if the check was presented and if I did not have funds to cover it then it would have still been paid and my bank would have contacted me! All that being said I have concluded to tell the people who called concerning this matter to go ahead and press criminal charges against me because I am NOT giving them almost $400.00 to avoid prosecution for something I DID NOT do (Wrote Art of Devotion "BAD" Check) For the record the so called company who called me called themselves GR & ASSOCIATES and the phone number they called from is (678)-892-8560 and the did e-mail me a copy of my "returned check" Which has no bank stamps visible on it as it would/should have if it was returned as unpaid by the bank...So it appears to me it was NEVER taken to the bank to be cashed at all. *BEWARE* This appears to be a SCAM !! My next stop..Better Business Bureau.
