Yes, I have been harassed by 1 person claiming many names with more like asian accents for the past 2 months, same guy everytime changes his name and calls from a diff number every day, stated he was Steve Mathews from the Law offices of Jennifer Fox and Law Firm of America all California numbers, state that its a legal matter that I need an attorney and that it has something to do with my social security number. "Steve" threatens to call my job, and had my place of employments info. "Steve" speaks more like a "Chung Lee Dung", seriously, hes very rude and calls constantly. He tryed to ush me around, but I dont crack under pressure very easily. He states that you are being sued, that you should get an attorney right off the bat.

I am so happy to have found that many people have found this to be a SCAM (weblinks at bottom of this report where other victims have spoken out)!!!!! I am reporting him and also getting an attorneys advice.

"Steve Mathews" stated to me on the phone today in his broken english accent that his bar # 221229 and that I will be in legal trouble if I didnt call some other number that he provided that he also answers, strange and very suspicous, never gave him info he wants but he wont stop. So I told him to suponea me, he wouldnt reply, dont think he knows what a suponea letter is, retard! He then hung up on me. He hung up today and hung up every other time he has called previously, not professional at all and may I also add it sounds like a call room in the background. If you have tmobile, you can block numbers from calling you, I am currently maxed out on the amt of 10#s from blocking him, but def call your phone company an block them.

Others have been told by him that they will go to Jail/Lose their Job/Be Sued if they dont pay up a payday loan tht they received and didnt pay back, thats the catch, except they are very convincing to some.

Im feel sorry for everyone that has suffered from these calls like myself and I will fight this as much as I have to, they are messing with the wrong American!! REPORT THEM TO EVERY PLACE POSSIBLE AND RECORD/DOCUMENT what he says to you. : (
