First they advertized 50 free bids for new sign-ups, but I only got 10. They did say they would refund $24.00 and it would show up on my credit in 7-10 days, I still do not see the refund (its over 2 weeks).
Then the bid count down timers on Items I bid on would stop at one second quite often (the other bid counters on other items would continue to count down). Some times I would get a msg. that they had lost the connection with me (but why then did the other counters continue to count down). many times when I "reconected" someone else had already won the Item.
I have won the bids on 3 Items ( they claim that the Items will be shipped within 72 hours, but it is over 2 weeks and all my "won" Items have not been shipped and are listed as "ready to ship" I called 3 days ago and was told that the Items would be shipped but the Items are still only "ready to ship"
