Xlibris promised to publish book with a money back refund if author is dissatisfied. Original marketer Monique Gomez promised that at any time we could cancel the order and receive a refund minus 30.oo processing fee. All Xlibris did was convert my manuscript into an adobe format, used the cover that I sent them and claim that they had to much work into the book to refund any money.
