they promise they will run a forensic audit for you for $700 which they do. problem is ,thats all they do..than they proceed to ask for more funds while they are fighting for your modification..problem is they arent..they supposodely contacy your lender to represent you..that never happens either..next thing you know you are out another $2800 on top of the $700 you just lost.
