The Company is doing Webinar under the Robert Allen name. The Company is called Go Mobile Solutions. They are offering opportunity of Multiple Streams of Income by seling this App building tools. The company website is alway down. Customer Service is mostly always a recording. If you buy the products they will take your money and send you nothing in return. They tell you it is a 100% money back with 30 days but will not respond to emails or calls. They are selling this opportunity through this call at 997.00. Will tell you you can have Flex pay but will charge for full amount and then never deliver or communicate with you again.

I am very sorry you have had so much trouble. I work for GoMobile and I am in charge of the refunds department. I don’t understand how you could have never received the program you purchased. Most of our orders are completed by the customer filling out an online checkout page and the system then sends everything to you via the email you provided instantly. Possible you had either a type-o in your email address or the program went to a spam or junk box. On occasion orders are taken by phone by a promoter. In that case there may have been an issue with us getting your order. What number you were calling that you keep getting a recording? The correct number to call for support is 877-518-5777. If all reps are busy, you can leave a voice mail and any voice mail left is returned by the end of that business day. Again I am the head of the returns department and the correct way to request a refund, is to send an email to support@gomobilesolutions.com and in the subject line state, refund request. I send a confirmation email out that same day to acknowledge the receipt, and most refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days.
