I rent an appartment in Beverly Hills for 3 weeks, I could not get sleep, the airconditioner of the neighbour was so loud. This was no vacation for us, i got angry when I saw any aircondiotioner anywhere in los angeles. The guy in the appartment under us moved out, i do not know from whom he rented the appt. Mary from hellorelaxation, who should be responsible for that appartment, did not care, i saw her just once, when she got the check for the appartment, then never again, calling her often, she did not respond also not to the emails. She got 2 assistance, who never call back. I had to call them, meaning as a foreigner I had to pay a lot for calling in the USA. They are fraud, do not trust them. Spend some more money and go to a hotel. After writing at whoscammedyou they wrote, that i can stay 2 days for free that makes me laugh!!! they gave me an email of I do not know whom, but they are so cowardy not to give me the name or email of the owner of the company.If they are not they should give the name, email and phone of the owner on this website.After all that when i returned home they send me just 500$ from 800$ of the deposit. Again I had to call from europe to USA, again paying for that. It is not worth it, just leave it, take a hotel.
