This company is horrible! The owners Brian & Shane Montgomery & Donold Henson are Frauds. They are the worst design company you would find. They lie about their services and write fake good reviews about their crappy company and bad reviews about other web design competitors and also their own customers who complaint about their services.

Check out the BBB report - they have several complaints filed against them. You will see a pattern.

They over charge the customers and charge cards on file with out authorization. Brian Montgomery is basically a cheap un ethical person who shouldn't be in business.

I was sold a custom website, instead I got a template that looked nothing like I asked. I even submitted photos and example websites so they could get the design exactly how I wanted it... Yes, I gave them a picture to follow!!! How hard is that??? Instead they gave me a crappy template .DO NOT USE EXM MEDIA WEB DESIGN. I REPEAT, DO NOT USE EXM MEDIA or exmmedia.com or Brian Montgomery and Donold Henson for your web design!

I now asked for my money back, $1500, and they claimed they worked so much on it that now cannot refund. Wow! I guess selecting the template on putting my name on it was a struggle! So $1500 for 30 seconds of work?? and crappy work at that?

EXM MEDIA AND MIXED MEDIA LLC ARE FRAUD SCAMNMER AFTER PAYING THEM $5, 000 ON A $5, 9000 THEYNEVER INVOLED THE CONSUMER. THEY BREACHED THE CONTRACT HACKED OR COMPUTER AND EMAIL GAVE ME WHAT THEY WANTED NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! WE HAD TO FILE FRAUD CHARGES WITH THE BBB, FBI, FTA AND CHARGES WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY DISTRACT ATTORNEY OFFICE FOR FRAUD. DONT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS YOU HERE ARE ANY OTHER SITE, BECAUSE THEY WRITE THESE REVIEW. AND THE TWO OWNERS BRIAN AND SHANE MONTOMERY US A FRAUD COMPANY CAALL MIXED MEDIA LLC TO SCAM THIS BUSINESS IS LOCATED ON DOVE CANYON IN OXNARD AND S PIXLY IN ORANGE. THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE DONE THOUSAND OF SITE AND THAT IS A LIE WE ALSO HAD TO HIRE A PRIVATE INVESTAGER TO INVESTAGATE THERE COMPANY AND HE HAS UNCOVERD A SCAM AND TALKED TO OTHER CONSUMER THAT HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. DONT TAKE MY WORD CHECK WITH THE D.A. AND FBI. THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE A OFFICE TO FIND OUT THEY JUST LEASED A RAT DEN A MONTH AGO ON MAIN STREET. I PROMISE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMER AND FRAUD YOU WILL BE FILING CHARGER, COMPLAINT AND LAW SUITE!

You can also access this site from the orange county web site out in the case number and it will show the law suite that has been filed. it will also show you a court date of 10/05/2011 at 8:30am in Department C04. also you can contact the Orange County Police department and ask to speak to Sargent Brian MoCOTTE the head of Fraud Investagation. I have no reason to lie these guy move there office ever 6 to 9 months. Here is the the compliant number to the FBI IC3 COMPLAINT:1108031035031971 FILED AUGUST3, 2011. Do a fact check they *** my email but Im smarter then that I sent email of all complaints to friend and law enforcement. Since we talking about location Brian Montgomery @ 264 Pixley St Orange, ca 92868 and Shane Montgomery that also @ 3104 Dove Canyon Oxnard, CA 93036. The small claim is just the first there also a civil suite being filed on all. So who ever reads this complaint these guy are scammer and bewear of Mixed Media, EXM MEDIA, MOH MEDIA AND THERE BLOG RAW RANT. It is sad that they give our country a bad name! And he said i wrote a bad check that is a lie! We canceled the check and filed a law suit Onec we had a chance to review the site and source files our self and thats when we cancel the check. This is how they run they scam they say they can do the site and then they claim that they have done 1000 then its 3000 then its 10, 000 then its a hundred. it they keep talking they will tell on there self. Just look there business up on the Better BUSINESS BUREAU 10 TO 12 COMPLIANTS IN A YEAR! And look up the case number on the Orange County Web site at http://www.occourts.org/ go to small claims and then look up the case by the case number this is one of the staps. If they fail to show then we have already started the process to turn there business and life around legally! yes we pissed afteer paying these crocks 5, 000 and then getting scam. I shock this crocks hand because I didnt know what I was getting until we review the site and source file that has there name and license number. If they keep lying we will release the letter by the law office of Johnson & Johnson LLP Beverly Hills Ca and email, check, complaint and law suites filed to a blog that show there are liars! Bottom line do a fact check and the Devil is in the details. All the customer aren't lying that claim that yopu rip them off on the BBB even the ones that stated that you still havent paid the money back they promise! I agree with the complaints above. This company is shady and close to a scam. They will do half work and give up on you if they freelancers give up on the, you will be left stranded with no refunds months later.

Contracted with EXM MEDIA design in March 2011 and spoke to owner Brian Montgomery but company did not honor the contract terms as contracted.We first contacted EXM MEDIA design in January 2011 to redesign our website. We hired them in March 2011 and were promised the following:

We seek a revised web presence incorporating a new graphical interface, redeveloped navigational architecture and content/interactive enhancements. The Website will built using all up-to-date SEO methodology. The website is being built on an informational structure with lead generation attributes. The following modules will be integrated:

1) Content Management System (CMS): The ability to change website content with "click of a mouse". Simply log into the administration panel and add/delete content (text). Primary content page included are: Home, About, Services, Portfolio, News, and Contact Us. Client will have the ability to create new pages that appear under main navigational links using the CMS.

2) Photo Gallery: Ability to quickly and easily create photo galleries and upload photo's into gallery. Gallery images will include description and photo titles.

3) Staff Listings: A simple to use module in the administration panel which allows the user to add/edit/delete staff members (including: picture, bio, phone & email).

While we were provided with a site re-design (although delayed from when Brian originally said it would be complete) - we still do not have a Content management system as contracted. I have been trying to contact Brian Montgomery for over 3 months now with initial response being "we're working on it and it will be complete soon" but he has now stopped responding altogether.

I will advice you to not deal with this company.

I disagree my experience with EXM Media and Brian Montgomery has been wonderfull, I also agree with Entrepreneur Girl - at first getting my vision accross was rocky but as soon as it fully clicked with Brian and Jason it turned out wonderfull and has been up and running for years, I found this poor exuse for a review while looking for myself on google I found this and Jamespann is wrong EXM Media and Brian is Awesome! btw I've been to there office and seen their team so your accusations are wrong and not fair to Brian and his band of merry men... btw my site is: www.geekmecca.com

I mean really how old are you? Your company is not doing any business, you are not selling any websites or getting clients for months now. Your so called client (i.e yourself ) randomly come up to this website and write MORE GOOD FAKE REVIEWS praising and painting yourself and your scam EXM media...you need to grow up.

Most customers are not as dumb as you think they are. You could scam and cheat few of them, but not all. Your stories are so fake and unbelievable that it will not work.

Donold Henson your partner in crime and so called COO is not even full time with your company, since he runs two other scams as a broker at Vast Investment Group, Inc and Green Life Escrow, Inc.

You jokers should stop praising your dumb scam part time company which doesn't do any business and stop cheating customers and more importantly writing fake reviews.

I will montior you and your company and your associates for the rest of our lives and make sure that nobody gets burnt by your scams.

Unless and until you don't undo your wrong ( including deleting the fake review website ), this will build up to an regrettable avalanche for you all over the internet where you will not be able to do any scams ever in your life.

When you sober up and decide to undo the harm later, it may just be too late. Right now is the time. Stop cheating and do a fair business. YOU CAN ALSO FIND ALL OF THIS INFORMATION ON THE COMPLAINT BOARD, PISSED CUSTOMERS AND OTHER COMPLAINTS SITES. ALSO CHECK THE ORANGE COUNTY COURT ,UNDER SMALL CLAIMS AND CRIMINAL VIOLATION DOCKETS. YOU WILL FIND THAT SHANE & BRIAN ALLEN MONTGOMERY ARE SCAMMER AND FRAUD THAT WILL MEET IN COURT BEFORE ALL THE COMPANYS AND PEOPLE THEY HAVE SCAM AND FRAUDED. I WILL BE THERE TO TESTIFY ON THE BEHALF OF RON MYTINSELTOWN.
Brian Montgomery is a pathological liar and narcissist. I am going to sue him for my money back plus the damages he did to my business. People like Brian will get nowhere in life if they continue to conduct themselves in this way. Sad too, I have several business friends who wanted to pay him tons of money to do their site. I am NEVER referring them to anyone I know. BEWARE.
