These people collect a health up-front fee from client telling them they are going to get them their money back. They tell them that they need an up-front fee to cover the fee that has to be paid to the court in order to tap into the "Bond Money" and the "Set Aside Money" available to the clients. Some of the sales agent lead the clients to believe they will be getting back 100% of what they were scammed out of, which in may cases is well over 10K...This up-front fee is NOT for court fees to file, it's to pay administrative and and commissions to the sales agents

The agents tell the clients that the company, 1st Choice For Financial Recovery, makes NO money until the client gets their money, which is just NOT true. The up-front fee goes to pay the compoany as well as the sales commission.. They just outright lie to the clients and they are making literally thousand. soon to be millions! .

The above comments draw their origin from a disgruntled ex-employee. Please do not put any credence to any of these statements as they are false. This individual is upset that we had to let him go due to his violations of compliance policies within our company. I urge any consumer reading this to do your own independent research prior to putting any stock into these claims as they are egregious, slanderous and libelous in nature. We have every intention of pursuing this legally. These defamatory comments made as an attempt to berate our company and cause negative internet exposure without just cause is being investigated. We are fully licensed with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and we also hold a license with the Department of Financial Services. We perform EVERY service that is offered to our clients and we have not had ONE consumer complaint.
“Anonymous”, we know who you are and you are hereby ordered to cease and desist to prevent any further legal action to take place against you. To any consumer that wishes to speak with me, please do not hesitate to call the office.
