He will send you a contract that has a $250.00 retainer. That is to be be sent Western Union. Then with in a few days he will tell you he has an investor and the transfer of a $200.00(more or less depending on his needs) is to be wired immediately, that way you can be funded in minutes. Papers are signed and the wire is sent--PROBLEM--you never receive your funding.
