paws pet assurance warranty

I bought a 1278$ miniture pinscher in the willow brook mall in nj... I paid 100$ extra for a year of coverage through PAWS pet warranty my puppy was diagnosed with double Legg perthes disease and needed the surgery or else he would be paralyzed ... paws guaranteed me that since this is a congenital hereditary disease it is covered under the warranty... after I spent 5000$ so far in surgery And vet bills PAWS refuses to honor my warranty.. they say "they no longer insure the pet store where I purchased the pup" EVENTHOUGh I already had a claim open !!! now I am faced with all these bills that I wouldn't have taken on if PAWS would have told me about this first!! but I go ahead Nd get the surgery and they tell me I will receive a check via mail in 2 weeks or so THAT WAS IN EARLY MARCH 2011!! we are now going into October !! so ridiculous and such a hassle ... DO not support paws pet assurance warranty !!!
