i contacted them for help on a loan modification paid $2000 dollars refundable if not successful with getting the loan mod. It took like a yr for them but at the end of the day lost my house they refused to give my money back said it was my fault didnt give them paper work on time and missing paperwork etc. they didnt even call me to tell me whats going on with my case i always had to call them. there company is called maxima home loans and located ib anahiem la please be careful with this company. The supervisor is very rude in my situation said some provocative language cussing not very professional still havent gotten any justice. Lost my first home because of them telling me stop payments . wish i had did some research before going to them. alot of negative feedback about there company. just be smart and research everything u can find anything on google. please beware alot of bad people / companies out there
