Bill me later

You'll never get your money back.

Us, California

This guy claims to run two businesses. First, concert promoting and tshirts. He promises you a return on your investment based on how many shirts sell at the concert but you never get your money back. The second, executive travel agency to and from airports in the state of CA. He says he needs to add vehicles to his fleet, asks if you can finance a vehicle with and in return he says he'll pay it off within 6 months and give you $5k for your trouble. I invested in both; never saw my cash and not one single payment has been made on the vehicle I financed.

What exactly would u like to know?
Me and some girlfriends met this guy probably 4 years ago at a club in Beverly Hills. His scam then was investing directly in concerts i.e., an investor dropped out at the last minute and he needed a quick $5,000 and we would get back double. We didn't do it.

He seemed very convincing, would pick me up in a new Escalade which he then said he was car jacked in, then shows up in a brand new Range Rover. He claimed to be renting a home in Malibu with his 2 kids (a son and daughter, I believe). He even gave us what appeared to be a legitimate contract. There's a picture listed here: http://www.whoscammedyou.com/scams/3894/Bill_me_later# but I remember him being a little stockier.

While he was trying to convince me and my girlfriends to give up the $$$ he was very generous, took us to lunch every day, wanted us to drive his Range to Vegas to see the Mayweather/De La Hoya fight, paid for rooms at the Bellagio, invited us to Mayweather's house, etc.

As we had our own means to do so, we turned him down on his offers of 'generosity'. Then he started to get really angry and he was PISSED when we decided not to 'invest'.

People, I hate to make light of your situation especially if you've lost hard-earned money, but if something seems too good to be true...you know the rest.
