Hello Relaxation

I would just like to warn other that this company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my travel planning. I reserved a unit with them for 6 days. They asked for a check to be sent via mail and then provided the incorrect address. They also wanted a money order for the remaining balance. After multiple email and phone inquirys I found out 2 days before my trip that they had given the unit to another guest. When asked to find a solution to their error I was offered only a 5 night stay at a different property with no accomodation for the final night of my stay. As a frequent traveller I have dealt with many companies in the past. I find this company to have poor customer service, poor communication (they won't return calls), incompetent agents, and antiquated business practices. Take my advice, do not book with these people they will ruin your vacation!!
