Grant Assist

I am presently unemployed living on a strict budget, actively seeking employment while looking for oppuntities to up-grade my skills and level of education. Recently I visited a web-site Grant Assist based in Las Vegas Nevada. They advertise a (CD)for $2.97 that is suppose to help you with the grant writing process. Their web-page made no mention of a (7) day trial period or additional cost of $57.95 to be charged on the seventh day. I secured the purchase with my debit card and received a congratulation and confirmation number. According to their web-page it takes (10) days to receive the CD but they charged me 57.95 for a product that I had yet to receive via the US Postal Service. I did report the web-site to the Federal Trade Commission. Since they are based in Las Vegas my next step is to report them to Consumer Affairs in Nevada. I did check the BBB and they have no rating. I also found several blog's in-reference to their web-site being a scam. In my mind Grant Assist is practicing deceptive advertising; which is a violation of consumer rights and illegal. Have you ever received complaint from anyone concerning this web-site and if so what was the results? Because they have robbed me with-out a gun I as a consumer want justice. I think this web-site should be investigated. Can you help ?
