About 2 years ago I placed an order for Massage chiar from www.thefactoryoutlet.com / www.goodchairs.com. My credit card was double charged 1800x2 at 3600. Not only I never received my order, I was not able to get any refund neither. Since the order was pre-order and eneded up being lied to for a year, i was unable to file a charge back through my credit card issuer. Everytime I call or emal, my messages are ignored.
Sometimes, I catch Remy (owner / president) on the phone, she would just hang up the phone if I mention about the order status. The first thing she would say is "Are you buying?"

Now I suspect that Remy is the only person working for the webiste:
www.thefactoryoutlet.com, www.goodchairs.com, www.magicjohn.com.

they have the same number and everytime i call, rude lady with very broken english answers the phone.

I have filed multiple complaints against Sole, Inc (Yuri Enterprise now) to get my money back but so far, nothing. Only hope I have is to report her to Washington State Attorney General as there is already a settlement between Remy and the state of WA.
