EARLY THIS MONTH I POSTED ON VARIOUS SITES I SUBSCRIBE TO.. TAGGED, BEING ONE OF THEM, I WAS LOOKING TO BUY A USE CAR...MR RAYBORNE NESBITT BEING ONE OF THE INDIVIDUALS I WAS HAVING CONTACT WITH SAW MY POST...CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME HE WAS IN THE CAR SELLING BUSINESS..SAID HE USUALLY BUYS CARS FROM THE AUCTIONS AND SELLS THEM CHEAP FOR A PROFIT...I COURSE I WAS INTERESTED...AFTER SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH MR NESBITT...I DECIDED TO TRUST HIM AND WENT INTO A VERBAL AGREEMENT WITH HIM..ON BUYING THIS VEHICLE FROM HIM..HE GAVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED LIKE THE MODEL AND MAKE OF THE VEHICLE..HE EVEN PROVIDED ME WITH A VIN#...SO I CONCLUDED HE WAS LEGIT...TO MY AMAZEMENT OF COURSE I FOUND OUT HE WAS NOT..AS I NEVER RECEIVE TILL THIS DAY AFTER SENDING MONEY TO HIM THIS VEHICLE IN QUESTION..SO BEING CURIOUS ABOUT THIS INDIVIDUAL I STARTED CONDUCTING MY OWN INVESTIGATION VIA THE INTERNET..WHAT A SURPRISE TO FIND THAT MR NESBITT HAD BEEN ARRESTED SEVERAL TIMES...I WAS ABLE TO FIND SEVERAL MUG SHOTS ON HIM..WOW!!..SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE DONE BEFORE EVEN TRUSTING THIS INDIVIDUAL...SO PEOPLE BEWARE ..TRUST NO ONE UNLESS U KNOW THEM PERSONALLY. CAUSE THERE IS A CROOK BORN EVERY SECOND ..I. SURE LEARNED MY LESSON...

Wow he is up to the same scamming , I am his current victim, I am in Orlando, FL, the sheriff office told me I can not file a criminal report if I willing gave him my money, I have been unable to post my story to this site, were else can I post, or what else can I do ?
I am a recent victim of a car scam by a man name Rayborne Nesbitt. He told me he was a private dealer and showed me an license for dealership auction access, the license he showed me had the name Chris Nesbitt on it and told me that he bought cars from the manheim auction in orlando florida, and that no public was allowed entry, He told me that the auction did not allow unregistered cars to leave the lot and that I had to pay him $850 for the car registration after I told him that I was uncomfortable giving him $6800 in cash for the car and I would pay him for the car once it was delivered to me. Once I gave him the $850 for the registration , I never heard from him again, I asked him for my money back and got no reply, So I believe this is his regular scam and I am writing this in hopes of preventing another victim.
He got me as well for $850. He's currently resigning in Orlando, FL on Pine Hills Road and was arrested on 6/26/2019 for Petit Theft Retail, Possession of Cannabis and Driving while License Suspended. I'm taking him to Small Claims Court. Make sure that you all have proof. Text messages screenshot them.
How can i take him to small claims court i have all my proof i need he needs to be locked up
All of his victims are women most likely he was dating them bet you didnt know he have a bunch of kids out here and all he does is use females for they money
This guy is the scum of the earth. He lies and steals people's money. Take him to court do he can be found guilty of breaking his probation. He needs to pay for being a thief.
So he is on probation i didnt even know that does anybody have an address on him so i can get papers served to him
Yes he is on probation for his recent arrest in Orlando for drug possession, driving without a license, theft at a Walmart. Scum of the earth. No he lies and gives false address so you don't know we're he could be till his next arrest or scam.

I looked up his information on the court house website there are two addresses on there im going to give them that information and I’m going to call his po they have to have a contact on him
He does not live at either of the addresses. He gives fake addresses as well. Yes his PO would know were he lives for sure. Also try the bails bondsman he had to use when he was arrested. They may have the correct information.
Has anyone started court proceedings on this scum yet? I attempted but they have no address to serve him at.
