DO NOT MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY. They claim to be a convention service company who makes hotel reservations at wholesale costs for travelers to conventions and tradeshows. You have to prepay and they have your money for months. Read the contract you have to sign very carefully. If you cancel you cannot get your money back for 30 days after you travel and you can be charged a 10% penalty even though they say there are no cancellation fees. My company paid for the room up front, and when I got to the hotel the hotel said the rooms were not paid for. I had to pay double for the room at a higher per night cost, and dispute the charge with my credit card company. If I would have paid by check, I would have no recourse and would be out all of my company's money. I called International Events to find out about the problem and I was told to talk to reservations and I have not received a return call as they had promised.
