This company accepts your order; sends you an email confirmation; sends another email saying merchandise is at the warehouse ready to be shippe and that they have BILLED your credit card, however you never receive your order. Fifteen days go by, then they send you an email stating there was a glitch in their system and they have taken it upon themselves to CANCEL your order. When you request a refund, they claim they never BILLED you. So now you have to dispute the charge on your credit card statement and wait...and wait...and wait for a resolution to be reached, which to date, has not been resolved.
